1 General

1xbetlogo (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting operator. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 1xbetlogo website and its associated mobile applications.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on 1xbetlogo, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be terminated at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All deposit and withdrawal transactions at 1xbetlogo are governed by the following rules. Payment methods, limits, and processing times are subject to change.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

1xbetlogo strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification, and payments may be temporarily placed on hold.

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

1xbetlogo regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before acceptance. General bonus policies are outlined below.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Withdrawing before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed upon expiry.
• 1xbetlogo reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting at 1xbetlogo. Additional specific rules may also apply for Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are issued due to a technical error, 1xbetlogo reserves the right to void or adjust the affected bets.
• Any bets linked to match manipulation or sports fixing will be automatically voided.
• Maximum win limits may vary depending on the game or event.
• Bets placed during live betting remain valid in the event of a disconnection.
• Accounts flagged for unusual betting patterns may be subject to investigation.

For Sports Betting, the ruling body of the relevant sport has final say over event outcomes. In the event of any dispute, 1xbetlogo's decision is final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xbetlogo platform. Any involvement in such activities will result in account termination and possible forfeiture of funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair gain (Bonus Abuse).
• Accessing the platform from a restricted country using a VPN or proxy.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities on the platform.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

1xbetlogo reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. Users may also close their own accounts.

• Account closure requests must be submitted to the support team by email.
• All bonuses will be cancelled prior to account closure.
• If a valid balance exists, a withdrawal will be permitted.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
• Self-exclusion may also be requested as part of responsible gaming.

8 Responsible Gaming

1xbetlogo believes gaming should be a source of fun and entertainment. If any user's gaming habits become problematic, we are here to help.

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• A cooling-off period can be activated for a set duration.
• Permanent self-exclusion may be requested.

10 Terms Amendment Policy
